The Learning Experience - Brooklyn is seeking a Lead Teacher to manage classroom activities and implement a specialized curriculum. This role entails mentoring less experienced teachers, fostering a safe and engaging environment for children.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll be crucial in building relationships with families, ensuring each child's safety, and promoting their growth. With preferred experience of at least one year in teaching and required qualifications in Early Childhood Education, this is a rewarding opportunity to influence young minds positively.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months required.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P Curriculum® tailored to each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Communicate child's adventures regularly with parents.
• Support center success partnering with staff and leadership.
• Ensure safety and security of each child.
