Job summary

Learning Care Group in Colorado is hiring Lead Teacher roles for Toddler, Twos and Early Preschool. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers and ensure each child’s growth in a warm, supportive environment.

Lead responsibilities include classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines. Strong communication with enrolled and prospective families helps drive center success and celebrate every child’s achievements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teachers by creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
