Job summary

Springview Academy in Summerville, SC seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a classroom of young children in a nurturing, structured program.

The role focuses on developmentally appropriate practice, building strong family relationships, and collaborating with leadership to create a safe, engaging learning environment. Schedule is Mon–Fri 6:30am–3:30pm with benefits including insurance and retirement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Infant classroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.

• Build positive relationships with children and families.

Schedule Options

Monday–Friday

• 6:30am–3:30pm
• No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

$16–$17 per hour, based on education and experience

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree or higher (required)
• At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center

• Ability to pass required background checks
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
