Springview-Academy in Summerville, SC is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture and guide a developmentally appropriate classroom. You will lead activities, create a warm, safe learning space, and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher and at least 1 year of licensed childcare classroom experience. Infant experience is a plus, and background checks are required. 6:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule Options

Monday–Friday

• 6:30am–3:30pm
• No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

$16–$17 per hour, based on education and experience
