The Learning Experience at Banning Lewis Ranch Colorado Springs, CO is seeking passionate Preschool Teachers to join our team. We are an established preschool serving children from infancy through kindergarten and are committed to creating a positive, engaging environment where children, families, and teachers thrive.

This role focuses on child development, school readiness, building relationships with families, and creating meaningful learning experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications.
• PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Formal Education, CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or related experience required.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or Early Learning environment required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to lift, carry 50lbs, and actively engage with children throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom of preschool-aged children (Ages 3-5).
• Teach Preschool curriculum with a co-teacher.
• Implement LEAP Curriculum®.
• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Communicate daily with families regarding their child’s growth and development.
• Complete lesson plans, classroom documentation, and assessments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Coach and support assistant teachers and support staff.
• Support center events, family engagement activities, and enrollment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing, health and safety, and supervision requirements.

The Learning Experience – Banning Lewis Ranch Colorado Springs, CO 80923 I

Pay Range: $18.00-21.00 per hour

$1,000 Hiring Bonus
($500 paid at 45 days and $500 paid at 90 days. Must remain employed in good standing and meet attendance expectations.)

This is not a babysitting position. We are seeking educators who are passionate about child development, school readiness, building relationships with families, and creating meaningful learning experiences every day.

• Implement The Learning Experience\'s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
