Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale tilt-wall industrial and commercial projects in Georgia. The role demands ownership of field operations, leadership of project teams, and precise execution across complex schedules.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain open communication with stakeholders. This role offers growth into senior leadership within a reputable contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Proven experience leading tilt-wall construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field personnel, and complex project logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar CM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for tilt wall projects.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address issues or delays.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Supervise and mentor construction teams to maintain productivity and morale.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status.
