Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience leading tilt-wall construction projects.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, field personnel, and complex project logistics.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar CM software preferred.

Description
