Job summary

T&T Construction Management Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Foreman to lead a crew on tilt-up concrete projects, supervising carpentry, rebar, and concrete finishing tasks with a focus on safety and quality.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with the superintendent, manage materials and equipment, and mentor junior workers while ensuring daily tasks align with project plans.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in concrete construction and 1–2 years in lead roles, OSHA 10 preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew on concrete construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
• Strong focus on safety policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of laborers and skilled tradespeople in tilt-up tasks.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and blueprints.
• Organize daily workflow and optimize resources (labor, materials, equipment).
• Coordinate with Superintendent on material delivery and equipment use.
