The role requires 3–5 years in construction with supervisory exposure, OSHA 30, and the ability to read blueprints while coordinating with the Project Manager to maintain timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction with 1–2 years in a supervisory role on concrete or tilt-up projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Direct tilt-up construction experience is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site concrete pours, panel erection, and tilt-up processes.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed; conduct regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and adhere to the project schedule and budget.
