Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors is seeking a Traveling Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on tilt-up and foundation projects across the United States. You’ll manage concrete construction activities and the administrative duties required to bring projects in on schedule and within budget.

This role requires 5–10 years as a working foreman, willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license, and ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience as a working Concrete Foreman on tilt-up construction projects (≥100k sq ft).
  • Preferred Certifications: Rigging, OSHA 10-hour, aerial lifts, and variable reach.
  • Willing to travel throughout the United States.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
  • Ability to meet physical demands (standing/walking, uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide adequate manpower to meet construction schedules.
  • Analyze equipment requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Direct and supervise carpenters, cement finishers, iron workers, and laborers.
  • Report regularly to the project manager on progress and issues affecting costs or schedules.
  • Maintain a detailed daily diary of project progress, events, and approvals.
