Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington state is seeking a Lead Ticket Checker to supervise ticket checking at multiple lifts. You will guide Checkers, manage shifts, and assist in ticket/pass issues while maintaining guest service standards.

The position requires leadership experience, willingness to train staff, and the ability to work in a mountain environment. Housing is available for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Leadership or Ticket Checking Lead experience required.
• Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to maximize time/resources.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Ticket Checker.
• Interact with guests and provide service.
• Lead team of Ticket Checkers on tasks.
• Train new employees.
• Ensure breaks comply with policy.
• Audit supplies and documentation.
• Assist in crowd control and safety.
