Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a dynamic Lead Ticket Checker to support multiple lifts and ensure smooth guest flow in a busy mountain environment. You will lead a team of Ticket Checkers, assign tasks, train newcomers, and enforce safety and policy standards while delivering exceptional service.

Deep knowledge of RFID gates, guest passes, and crowd control will be essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or Ticket Checking Lead experience required.
• Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to maximize use of time and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of Ticket Checkers in assigned tasks and projects.
• Interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Set up and break down multiple lift mazes daily.
• Adhere to all company and department policies and set a positive example.
• Assist in training new employees and oversee breaks per policy.
• Audit supplies and documentation throughout the day.
