Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is a longtime nonprofit in Idaho. We are seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to help manage daily store operations and customer service in our thrift stores, and to lead a team during opening, sales, and closing procedures.

You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch and contribute to nurturing hope and resilience in Idaho’s youth by supporting program funding through store profits. This role offers a meaningful, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 16 years of age
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
