Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch Inc. is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to help manage daily store operations and sales in Caldwell, ID. You will greet customers, assist with donations, and support opening/closing duties.

Requirements include being 16 or older, enrolled in high school or equivalent, and strong customer service. Weekend availability is expected as part of a collaborative team committed to our mission.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits.
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees.
