Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and CMMS proficiency. Expect on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings, PLC logic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with mobile and material-handling equipment and safe rigging.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the third-shift maintenance team, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with first- and second-shift teams to ensure coverage and standards.
• Ensure team members are trained, supported, and equipped to work safely.
• Conduct monthly safety talks and align priorities with production leadership.
• Support maintenance of foundry and production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance and repairs balancing urgent needs with planed work.
