Job summary

We Do The Search is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader in Buffalo, NY. This position requires coordination of mechanical and electrical work for a high-speed manufacturing operation, emphasizing quality, cost, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience, preferably with supervisory experience in a unionized facility. Candidates must be available for third shifts, as well as overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience required.
• Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical/electrical work to support continuous operation.
• Monitor and schedule work under Maintenance Leadership.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays required.

This position will be third-shift. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation.

• Under the direction of Maintenance Leadership / Off-Shift Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for monitoring and scheduling of mechanical/electrical work in support of the continuous operation.
• Must have availability to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
