Job summary

LifeView Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional in Northwest Florida to lead the Specialized Foster Care (SFC) program, providing advanced, client-centered behavioral health services for adolescents aged 8-18 within Matrix and CHIPS frameworks.

The role involves supervising staff, delivering assessments, treatment planning, and risk management while aligning services with state regulations and agency standards. A Master’s Degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Related Field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with children and families who are victims of physical abuse, neglect; or youth who are emotionally disturbed who have been adjudicated.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Must be able to complete the 20 hours of the required CCA (Child Caring Agency) training that is provided.
• Must be able to pass advanced level CPI Training.
• Must be able to obtain (or provide a valid) CPR certification.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead position in the provision of direct care and ensure services are provided and documented in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide therapeutic services including assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person-centered services and risk management.
• Mentor Bachelor’s Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate with families toward reunification or adoption within the Matrix and CHIPS programs.
