Job summary

Lakeview Center in Pensacola, FL seeks a clinical lead with a Master’s degree to provide advanced therapeutic services, assessments, treatment planning, and direct care to youth and adults, ensuring compliance with laws and agency standards.

The role mentors Bachelor’s Direct Care staff and Behavioral Technicians, coordinates risk management, and delivers holistic mental health and co-occurring services. Background checks and CPI/CPR training are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Must pass state/federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Must complete 20 hours of CCA training and pass CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct care with a high level of responsibility and insight.
• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and person-centered services.
• Manage client risk and safety in compliance with laws and regulations.
