Job summary

LifeView Group, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to lead direct care services in behavioral health across our Northwest Florida operations. This role requires a Master’s Degree and a track record of delivering integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services with diverse clients.

The position entails risk assessment, treatment planning, direct care delivery, and mentoringBachelor’s level staff, while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or related human services field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with adolescents and adults who have mental health, substance use and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Lead position in the provision of direct care with a high level of responsibility and insight.
• Therapeutic services include assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person centered services and management of client risk and safety.
• Mentor and supervise Bachelor’s Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
