Job summary

Ivy Street School seeks an Assistant Therapeutic Community Supervisor to lead the residential shift and support a neurodiverse student population in a private residential school environment in the Boston area. You will supervise staff, coach the team, and model professional boundaries while ensuring safety and progress toward treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; training is available upon hire.
• Ability to work some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential staff in creating a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment.
• Provide individualized support based on each student’s needs.
• Help students develop independence with daily living activities and life skills.
• Lead community-based trips and activities to build confidence.
• Respond to behavioral and emotional needs and lead crisis interventions when necessary.
• Complete required documentation including daily progress notes and incident reports.
