Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Supervisor in a trauma-informed residential program for adolescent girls. Lead 3-5 residential staff, guide new hires, and participate in leadership meetings while ensuring safety, treatment plans, and collaborative care with therapists, nurses, and day staff.

We seek a candidate with 2 years in residential/Inpatient settings, 1 year leadership, and a strong ability to de-escalate in high-acuity

Qualifications

• 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience working with adolescent teenagers.
• Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity situations.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to coach and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by guiding, answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.
