Job summary

Ivy Street School seeks an Assistant Therapeutic Community Supervisor to lead the residential shift and support a neurodiverse student population in a private residential school environment in the Boston area. You will supervise staff, coach the team, and model professional boundaries while ensuring safety and progress toward treatment goals.

Responsibilities

From the classroom to the residence and throughout the Boston community, our students are constantly learning—and our staff are an important part of that journey.We are looking for an Assistant Therapeutic Community Supervisor who is ready to lead, inspire, and make a difference.About the RoleAs an Assistant Therapeutic Community Supervisor, you will be a key leader within Ivy Street's therapeutic residential community. You will work alongside our residential and clinical teams to create a safe, supportive, structured, and engaging environment where students can learn and grow.This is an active, hands-on leadership position.
