Job summary

Security clearance will be required.

The ideal candidate has strong electronics skills, experience with test scripts, and the ability to lead daily meetings while collaborating across labs to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of environmental and functional testing experience (ESS, thermal cycling, vibration).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting test fixtures and equipment.
• Strong electronics background with hand tool proficiency.
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and lead daily meetings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hardware review and drive failure reviews.
• Collaborate with lab management to cross-train team members on test functions and hardware.
• Troubleshoot test fixtures, setups, and related equipment.
• Conduct environmental and functional testing, including ESS, thermal cycling, vibration, and electrical pre/post testing.
• Support 5S initiatives and promote lean manufacturing in the test area.
• Meet or exceed production schedules and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Complete logs, documentation, and forms per company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
