Qualifications

• Strong electronics background and familiarity with ESD procedures.
• Ability to use mechanical hand tools and work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance on hire.
• Experience leading daily meetings is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in hardware review and help drive failure reviews.
• Collaborate with lab management to help cross-train team members on various test functions and hardware.
• Troubleshoot test fixtures, setups, and related equipment.
• Conduct environmental and functional testing, including ESS, thermal cycling, vibration, and electrical pre/post testing.
• Support 5S initiatives and promote lean manufacturing principles within the test area.
• Consistently meet or exceed production schedules and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Accurately complete logs, documentation, and forms in accordance with company policies and practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires 5-7 years of environmental and functional testing, including ESS, thermal cycling and vibrations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting test fixtures, setups, and related equipment.
• Strong electronics background.

• "$50,600.00 - $101,200.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
• $56,700.00 - $113,300.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
• $59,700.00 - $119,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ"
