Qualifications

• 5–7 years in environmental and functional testing (ESS, thermal cycling, vibration).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting test fixtures, setups and related equipment.
• Strong electronics background and familiarity with ESD procedures.
• Ability to use mechanical hand tools and work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance on hire.
• Experience leading daily meetings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hardware reviews and help drive failure reviews.
• Collaborate with lab management to cross-train team members on test functions.
• Troubleshoot test fixtures, setups, and related equipment.
• Conduct environmental and functional testing (ESS, thermal cycling, vibration, electrical testing).
• Support 5S and lean manufacturing principles in the test area.
• Meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Complete logs and documentation per company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
