Responsibilities

• Participate in hardware review and drive failure reviews.
• Collaborate with lab management to cross-train team members on test functions and hardware.
• Troubleshoot test fixtures, setups, and related equipment.
• Conduct environmental and functional testing, including ESS, thermal cycling, vibration, and electrical pre/post testing.
• Support 5S initiatives and promote lean manufacturing principles within the test area.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines with high-quality standards.
• Accurately complete logs, documentation, and forms per company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
