Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Lead Integration & Test Technician in Kirkland, WA to guide a team through functional and environmental tests of Kuiper phased array antennas and critical assemblies. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with engineering, design and operations teams.

The role requires 4+ years in electrical hardware assembly/testing, willingness to work shifts and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation.
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience leading technicians in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Integration & Test Technicians.
• Perform functional and environmental testing of antennas and assemblies.
• Enforce safety and quality standards for product and personnel.
• Produce daily reports on antenna builds and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and operations teams.
