Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced ATE Test Engineer to design and validate ATE hardware for high-volume manufacturing of phased array antenna products for Amazon Leo. You will develop and optimize test programs for mm-wave SoCs, covering digital, RF, and high-speed interfaces, while collaborating with DFT teams to close coverage gaps and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in ATE test engineering, preferably high-volume manufacturing of comms/modem processors or consumer SoCs.
• Experience developing and debugging test programs on Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest.
• Experience with digital, high-speed I/O, and RF ATE test.
• Experience with ATE hardware design and verification (load boards, sockets, probe cards).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally during releases to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and verify ATE hardware for signal and power integrity.
• Implement and optimize test programs for mm-wave SoCs on ATE platforms.
• Implement and optimize RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed interface test routines.
• Implement on-chip calibration techniques and validate calibration across PVT corners.
• Collaborate with DFT teams to define test insertion strategy and coverage gaps.
• Drive test program release to production and ensure yield targets are met.
