Job summary

RTX Largo, FL is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead to drive cross‑functional program execution in defense hardware development. You will develop test hardware and software from requirements through build, integration, and deployment to manufacturing or customer facilities.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years experience (or advanced degree with 5+), and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience in engineering labs and transitioning automated test solutions to production.
Experience delivering hardware/software solutions and on-site training.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through program execution.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team through program execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
Develop test hardware and software from requirements through deployment.
Oversee test solutions across RF, analog, digital, firmware, and systems integration.
Support proposal and bidding activities to drive innovation and growth.
Create and manage project schedules and track milestones.
Provide on-site training and troubleshooting for operators and manufacturing.
Deliver design reviews and project status updates with clear documentation.
Ensure compliance with budget, schedule and performance commitments.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams for success.
