Job summary

ASML is seeking a Test & Measurement Lead Engineer for the Wilton, CT location. You will master TMF disciplines, drive test strategy, and lead realization of test solutions across multiple domains.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to improve testing processes and data quality in a high-tech environment. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in engineering, strong testing background, and experience with part-level testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or equivalent; 8+ years in related fields.
• Strong testing background translating failure risks into test capabilities.
• Experience in part-level testing environments and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive the test strategy, principles and methods for operational conditions and beyond.
• Lead alignment for what is needed for a successful test/work package and test setups.
• Own tests to enable team deliverables and ensure reliable data.
• Deliver and improve measurement data; draw conclusions from advanced analyses.
• Mentor junior TMF engineers to develop testing capabilities.
