Job summary

ASML is seeking an hands‑on Electrical Test Bench Engineer to lead development and support of advanced electrical test benches for product validation, integration, and troubleshooting. You will own test bench functionality from requirements to deployment and long‑term support.

This role requires strong electrical fundamentals, lab experience, and the ability to design robust test infrastructure enabling efficient product development. On‑site in Wilton, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or a MS degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, or motion control systems.
• Experience with electrical cabinet design and system integration.
• Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessment for test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits, PCBs, and power distribution.
• Develop and verify test benches; address root causes at system/component level.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design decisions.
• Lead test, integration, and validation activities for product readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet schedules.
