Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a technical leader to guide the development of complex test and measurement systems across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will own test architectures, integrate DuTs, and drive data acquisition and analysis to support product development and reliability goals.

You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional testing programs with suppliers, and help grow test capabilities using TMF methodologies and WoW practices in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BE in a relevant technical field; MS or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; 7 years in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Experience designing, building, integrating, and executing test systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead test system design and integration for mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic apps.
• Define requirements for test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Develop data acquisition systems and measurement architectures.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate tests with teams and suppliers.
• Drive reliability testing, Weibull analysis, and validation strategies.
• Mentor engineers and communicate progress to stakeholders.
