BlackRomance is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead the development and execution of test strategies for Large Form Factor electrical products and power distribution equipment. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in electrical testing, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical testing or power distribution environments.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience developing test strategies for complex electrical assemblies.
• Experience with FAT, production testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for Large Form Factor electrical products.
• Lead and mentor Test Engineering staff to deliver excellence.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, and NEMA standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
