Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a senior Lab Test Engineer to lead comprehensive testing in a dedicated lab environment. You will build fixtures, wire systems, and perform electrical and thermal tests to validate products for data center, EV charging, and industrial applications.

Candidates must have 10+ years of hands-on lab testing and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with strong documentation and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on lab testing or test engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with full system testing in lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute full system-level testing in a lab environment.
• Build and fabricate test fixtures, including wiring and cabling setups.
• Perform electrical testing, including breakers and protection systems under load.
• Conduct thermal testing and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product validation.
