Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Test Engineer to own the strategy and execution of testing for a large manufacturing program. You will lead design of test equipment, ensure safety, and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians through first articles to production handoff.

The role focuses on hydrostatic, proof, and functional tests, with responsibility for data collection, traceability, and customer data packages. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years in test, launch, controls, integration, or fluid systems engineering.
• Deep pressure test experience with hydrostatic or proof tests on large hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy and plan for each program requirement.
• Interpret customer specs and negotiate changes.
• Lead selection and integration of hydrostatic and functional test equipment.
• Ensure test safety with hazard analysis and energy calculations.
• Deliver complete test data packages to customers.
• Mentor engineers and technicians on pressure testing.
