Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to support a customer with testing across complex software/hardware systems. The role requires a BA/BS in a technical discipline and at least 10 years of experience, along with a Secret clearance; Top Secret eligibility is also required.

Responsibilities

Provide testing expertise across complex software/hardware applications.
Direct or participate in risk management assessments and test design.
Ensure test design and documentation meet client/agency standards, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate testing status and deviations to project management.
Plan and administer environmental, operational, or performance tests on diverse machinery and systems.
Lead engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of test equipment.
Coordinate activities to calibrate instruments and test data reduction.
