Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering seeks a Lead Test Engineer to guide the integration and testing of advanced electronics and space systems. You will lead test activities, collect data, and report findings while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and ensure quality.

The role involves occasional travel, strong collaboration, and the ability to apply complex technical knowledge in a space and defense environment. A TS clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field or a Bachelor’s with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in test design, procedure development, and execution across RF/digital systems/testing.
• Active Top Secret security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration, test and measurement activities, and team coordination.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data; document results and anomalies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support field exercises and reviews.
• Perform anomaly resolution and enable successful test execution.
• Occasional travel to support program reviews and technical presentations.
