Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Principal Test Conductor to join our Shared Labs West team. You will plan and lead test events, coordinate engineers and technicians, and author test waivers and procedures in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a system test and/or aircraft test/operational environment.
• Be familiar with blueprints, engineering guidance, data collection etc.
• Be familiar with special equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, etc.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret clearance and SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct manufacturing for test events; lead technicians and engineers during test execution.
• Author work authorizations (TWS, Prep Items) for test and troubleshooting purposes.
• Work with Responsible Engineers and System Test Engineers to develop procedures and operate test articles in production environments.
