Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Associate/Test Conductor to plan, coordinate, and execute production tests across multiple integration levels. You will lead test readiness reviews, troubleshoot anomalies in real time, and coordinate with program, engineering and line management on-site.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, the ability to supervise technicians, and willingness to extended work weeks with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance
• Top Secret clearance capability preferred
• Experience with aviation systems and test environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production tests across multiple integration levels
• Lead test readiness reviews and post-test reviews
• Troubleshoot anomalies in real time and refine procedures
• Coordinate test schedules with program, engineering and line management on-site in Palmdale
