Job summary

Pratt & Whitney's Digital Technologies – Enterprise Platform Systems team is seeking a Quality Engineering Test Analyst to advance testing across DT applications. This hybrid role is based at our East Hartford, CT campus and focuses on automation-driven quality and performance testing.

You will partner with application owners, the Test Lead, and the Performance Architect to define testing strategies, develop automation scripts, monitor results, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field plus 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with application development standards, architectures, and best practices.
• Experience in application testing and quality programs.
• Hands-on testing tools experience: Tosca, NeoLoad, QTest, Octoperf, Load Runner, Selenium, Cucumber.
• Project management and oversight experience.
• Leadership in test automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Lead strategy and road map with focus on test automation and reporting.
• Define and document key test requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
• Develop, implement, and execute test plans, using automation where possible.
• Monitor and report test results to ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test engineers on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with DT management and application teams to drive remediation actions.
