Qualifications

• Ability to lead and direct employees; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations at the location.
• Schedule and direct work assignments of terminal technicians.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; ensure timely inventories and requisitions.
• Maintain hardware and oversee tote board operations; assist with testing new hardware.
• Interact professionally with customers, racetrack management, and state officials.
