Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cash drawer and balance it daily.
• Provide exemplary customer service and coach branch teller staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure consistent service standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties and adhere to security procedures.
• Review transactions for accuracy and assist customers with complex problems.
