Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and banking experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cash drawer and balance daily according to teller standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service and staff coaching of branch tellers.
• Open and close branch operations and coordinate staff schedules.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.
