Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Cash-handling, sales and service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Sales and Service program for customers.
• Cross-sell and refer products to customers when appropriate.
• Represent the bank in the community and encourage prospects to become customers.
• Greet and acknowledge each customer and provide information on products and services.
• Answer and direct phone calls and follow up on customer needs.
