Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Teller Operations: assist the teller team with questions and workflow guidance.
• Lead Cash Operations: balance ATM/vault and ensure internal controls.
• Resolve issues: investigate teller out-of-balance situations and guide corrective actions.
• Serve Members: deliver accurate transactions and build relationships.
• Maintain Security: protect cash drawers, checks, and negotiable items.
• Promote Products: communicate benefits of products/services to reach sales goals.
• Ensure Compliance: follow BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD procedures.
• Support the Branch Manager with coaching and staff development.
• Maintain clean, secure workspace and protect member confidentiality.
• Meet all established sales and service goals.
