Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills with keen attention to detail.
• Must be organized, analytical and able to multitask.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience of relevant customer service and banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to ensure service levels and operations meet Credit Union expectations.
• Opens branch with opening teller, conducts opening responsibilities and cash audits.
• Balances vault, orders cash, and maintains ATM and related duties.
• Provides feedback for performance reviews and schedules staff accordingly.
• Promotes a positive work atmosphere and adheres to regulatory compliance.
