Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum three years teller experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Model and coach relationship-building with customers and identify opportunities.
Process customer transactions accurately and professionally.
Promote bank products and services through referrals based on customer needs.
Lead frontline staff in teller and transaction procedures with coaching.
Maintain branch cash operations, vault management, and security controls.
Support audits, regulatory reporting, and adherence to policies.
Assist with account opening, servicing, and other customer needs as required.
Travel to nearby branches for staffing and business needs when required.
