• Oversees training, onboarding and mentoring new Tellers.
• Maintains vault cash levels, coin and currency shipments, and related responsibilities.
• Coaches frontline sales team on use of computer systems and S&T service standards.
• Ensures daily office settlement of all applicable retail operations and reconciliations.
• Implements branch policies and procedures and supports branch goals.
