Job summary

Liberty First Credit Union in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Lead Teller to support member transactions, promote prudent borrowing and saving, and develop a Teller team. You will assist branch leadership with escalated needs while training staff to deliver friendly, accurate service.

Full-time hours include 40 per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation; compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour based on experience, with merit raises and incentive programs described by the credit

Qualifications

• Minimum teller experience with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach staff in a branch setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote prudent borrowing and saving activities to members.
• Assist branch leadership with escalated member needs.
• Train and develop members of the Teller team.
• Handle complex member inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
• Support on-boarding of accounts, loans, and services.
