Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teller in branch; coach tellers for accuracy and service.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and transition to Banker when needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Balance cash drawers and manage teller line operations and scheduling.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and meet sales targets.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and adhere to policies.
